Our lab is interested in functional network connectivity of proteins in living cells. Over 25,000 different proteins are available to build a single functional cell in multicellular systems.

When, Where, How, and for What purpose, do these proteins work together in the cells?

We address the questions by combining conventional and cutting-edge technologies such as recombinant DNA, luminescence imaging, bioinformatics, and mathematical modeling, using Arabidopsis thaliana plant as a model organism.
