Dr. Gregg received his Ph.D. from Rutgers University in
2001. His doctoral research in the laboratory of Dr. Judith Grassle
involved the use of molecular markers to study population structure and
larval identification in several marine invertebrate species. At
LSU, his research focuses on genetic structure in organisms (copepods,
molluscs, foraminiferans) associated with shallow-water and deep-water oil
and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico. |
