Therefore, in order to get a better idea of the topics to be discussed at the meeting, you should consider attending the more generalized tenure talk. Dr. Svoboda will be presenting his tenure seminar on Monday, October 22, from 3:40 to 4:40 in Room A-101 of the Life Sciences Annex. Regulatory effects of neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) activation on neuronal development in Macho Zebrafish. This will be a very general talk on what is going on in his lab and it'll mostly emphasize the clinical applications of animal models. Keyword: clinical, for all you pre-meds and pre-vets. This can count towards being one of the required events.
