Welcome to Alpha Epsilon Delta, LSU’s pre-medical honor society. Our mission is the assist our members who seek acceptance to medical school and serve those in need in the Baton Rouge and LSU communities. By providing invaluable knowledge of the latest information and opportunities to access those who make admissions decisions, our members will have a definite edge on the application process.

By serving the Baton Rouge and LSU communities our club offers its members countless opportunities to make a difference. Weekly, AED members can be found volunteering in our local hospitals, hospices, nursing homes, soup kitchens, and many other organizations who depend on our members to staff there events.

This year we are planning many new and exciting events, speakers, and social events to make this the best year to date. We will sponsor admissions deans, medical students, residents and a range of others representing many areas of medicine and healthcare.

Our meetings are open to everyone. Please feel free to attend and get involved! If the officers and I can be of assistance, please contact us.

Paul Guidry

2007-2008 AED President
